Paris is one of those Cities where the Parisians want to keep Paris to themselves especially the hot spots where all the cool in crowds feel part of a cult for knowing the very best places to eat, hang out and party until dawn. I send a variety of VIP's to Paris to be looked after each month and through doing so have compiled a list of what I regard as being the very best places to be going out to and below is feedback from some of my clients.
So let's begin.
The Trendy Restaurant/Bars :

Le Colimaçon - I just LOVE their menu, just meat so not for vegetarian people ! Everything I tested was perfect, only 20 tables.
Chéri Bibi - Super friendly, always crowded with Parisian "Bobos". Every third monday of the month, an invited friend of the chef cooks for 80 people for only 10€ but you can only get in with a member...
Café Salle Pleyel - Place is nice and the cheesburger is amazing.
Le Derrière - The atmosphere is unique in Paris, mixing modern art and food.
Marius et Jeannette - Greatest Fish restaurant of the city. A bit oldie.
Zero De Conduit -People drink from babies bottles
